I Just Wanna Live My Life is the blogosphere’s newest homage to everyone’s favorite sober starlet, Lindsay Lohan. Well, no it’s not, but there certainly is lots of LiLo love here since she did inspire the name of the blog itself. Because as Lindsay so angstily cries in her debut awesomeness, “Rumors” (aka Rumahs because she really does say it like a grandma):

Why can’t they back up off me
Why can’t they let me live
I’m gonna do it my way
Take this for just what it is

And that’s exactly what this blog is about. As we make our way through this crazy place called “college,” in between the naps and the hours of Battlestar Galactica marathons, we realized that we both have the desire to vent. Well, discuss. Actually, we really just wanted to make a blog so we could post funny pictures and write tons of posts related to pop culture without being judged. Because over here at IJWLML, we ARE the judge. So, suck on that. Wait, no, please don’t leave. You’ll find that this isn’t just another pop culture blog. As the title suggests, it’s a blog on LIFE. Love (or the lack of it in our completely asexual apartment). And the suffering that is early morning class. That’s it, so please love us and buy us presents. Great, thanks.
